How does it work?

Knowledge Trax offers an administration module and a user module. The administration module includes the following criteria:

• Company Hierarchy
• Add/Edit Users
• User Access Rights
• Product Categorization
• Assessment Creation
• Question Bank
• Reports

The user module offers a custom portal for each user to access new assessments, previous assessments, and manage their profile (i.e. change password, modify their contact information, etc.). Users are provided a unique user name and password that enables them to login to Knowledge Trax.

• Each time your employee completes an assessment, they automatically receive an email notification
• Once an assessment is completed, the results are available to the user and management
• All results are saved in the Knowledge Trax database and can be used to generate future reports for both users and management Finally, by reviewing the results of the assessments, knowledge gaps are easily identified and specific training can be recommended for the user.

How do the question categories within Knowledge Trax Assessments work with our Modular Training?

Within the Knowledge Trax question bank, each question is assigned a product, and a category within the product. Because of this, we are able to identify knowledge gaps within specific areas of the technology. If a user has knowledge gaps in their use of Plotting, or in their use of XREFS and Blocks, they would take that module of training. If they do not have a relevant number of knowledge gaps, they would not take that module of training. When we assess an entire organization, we are able to group like users together that share the same knowledge gaps enabling a company to take advantage of the most cost effective way to train all of your people on exactly what they need training on.
